This year I did something I consider a Big Beautiful move—I went fully electric, and I’m loving the ride so far.
But if you’ve been eyeing an EV for yourself, now might be the time to act.
As part of the recently passed One Big Beautiful Bill Act (yes, that’s really what it’s called), the federal tax credits for electric vehicles are ending on September 30, 2025.
That includes:
- ✅ $7,500 credit for new EVs
- ✅ $4,000 credit for used EVs
- ✅ Credits for leases & commercial EV
After that? No more federal EV incentives. Gone.
🕒 That deadline might feel far away, but with order delays and rising demand, planning now matters.
More to come soon on the 300+ pages of tax law updates. For now, if you’ve got EV questions—or tax planning questions in general—reach out. Let’s plan smart.
